Dry mica tape was developed for vacuum pressure impregnation of electric motors. It is made by using various adhesives, supporting materials and catalysts, according to our customer’s requirements. Because the tape contains a small amount of adhesive, it has excellent impregnation properties. Our special SKF type contains Nomex fibrid in the mica paper. These Nomex fibrids hold the mica particles together.
