Report Misconduct

You may anonymously report misconduct by employees or other stakeholders.

SWECO Co., Ltd. accepts reports regarding
misconduct that results in unfair gain or causes loss to the company, involving employees or any internal/external stakeholders.

However, unfounded slander or reports concerning personal privacy will not be processed,
and all reports may be submitted anonymously.

Whistleblower Protection Policy
The identity and confidentiality of the whistleblower are thoroughly protected, and strict security is maintained for all submitted evidence.
Any attempt to investigate or identify the whistleblower's identity is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Retaliation
Whistleblowers will not face any discrimination or disadvantage as a result of their report.
If a whistleblower suffers any disadvantage related to their report, they may request remedial action to restore their prior status.

Reporting Process

1. Report Submission
The whistleblower submits the report, either under their real name or anonymously, providing evidence and facts according to the 5W1H principle.
2. Confirmation of Submission
The person in charge processes the submitted report.
3. Investigation Begins
Once investigators, timeline, and handling method are determined, the investigation begins; the duration may vary depending on the scope and subject of the investigation.
4. Investigation Completed and Closed
Once the facts of the report are confirmed through objective evidence and investigation, the matter is handled according to internal regulations.
5. Notification of Results
If the whistleblower requests a response, the results will be communicated within the scope that does not infringe on the company's legitimate rights and interests.
